In Doaktown we have a J.D Irving sawmill, A Tim Hortons, Save Easy, Home Hardware, Dollar Store, and 4 four restaurants: The village restaurant, Parkers Diner, the Asian House, and The B&L restaurant. Also we have a Salmon museum. For Sports things, we have a rink, a golf course, and a curling rink. It only takes me about 10 minutes to walk to the rink. We have a very small town, but in the summer it is very nice, lots of people come from all over to fish on the Famous Miramichi River.
This is our arena. this is the place where I spend most of my spare time. I am there 5 to 6 times a week.
